In response to the increasing COVID-19 cases in our region, we have temporarily closed our lobby service. Our lobbies will continue to be made available to our customers by appointment so please feel free to call any of our branch locations to set up a time for any necessary visits. This would include any of our customers who are unable to use the drive thru.
However difficult this decision has been, we realize that it is just as difficult for all of our customers. The decision was made for the health and safety of our employees, our customers and the community as a whole as we want to do our part to stop the spread of this virus. Be assured, our commitment to serving your banking needs is also our priority, and we are fortunate to have service options that enable us to do so. Below we have outlined the ways you can bank with us during this time.
• Customers are able to perform most banking transactions at our drive-thru service. This includes deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, account balance and information inquiries.
• If you are making a deposit, you may do so at the drive-thru or you can bypass the drive-thru and place your deposit in the Night Deposit Box (We will mail your receipt).
• For those who require in-branch services, such as closing a loan; accessing a safe deposit box; opening a checking account, certificate of deposit, or estate account; or other banking needs, please call any of our branches and we will arrange an appointment for you. (We will take your temperature and you will be required to wear a mask during your appointment.)

• We also offer online, mobile and telephone banking services that provide access to account information and allow you to perform many banking transactions. To learn more about these resources or enroll, visit the e-banking page or call us.
• Please be assured that these changes to lobby service have no impact on your accounts with us.
